As a librarian i find it most interesting working with children because when i remember that these children are leaders of tomorrow. I feel that it is necessary to inculcate in them a strong desire to learn and think critically and these can only be achieved if young children are engaged in education in ways they find exciting for sustainability in this 21st century.
